Our annual “Keeneland Day at the Races” was launched in 1983 as a fundraiser to finance the groundbreaking of RMHC of the Bluegrass.

Held in the Keeneland Room, guests enjoy one of the most stunning views of the race track. Located on the 5th floor and complete with a private patio, this room is a fit for a queen – literally 😉

Complemented by great food and even better company, this is a great event to see and be seen while partaking in one of Lexington’s favorite past times: A Day at the Races!

2024 marks the 12th anniversary of RMHC of the Bluegrass’ Swing Fore the House. The charity golf tournament takes place on a world-class golf course, Champion Trace!

There are opportunities for Hole Sponsorships, Team Sponsorships and an overall good time for a great cause.

Partner up and join our second annual, beginner-friendly pickleball tournament at Lexington Ice Rink. Team sponsorships are available and a great time is sure to be had by all!

Join us for our first annual Wine & Fries where you will have the opportunity to sample one of the finest combinations since peanut butter & jelly: WINE and McDonald’s Fries + Dipping Sauces. We guarantee this event will be like no other!

This casual, fun event will be held on the evening of Friday, September 6 at The Melodeon and is made possible thanks to the venue as well as 21C,  Master Sommelier Tony Majors, and M & S Restaurants.

All proceeds support our work of Keeping Families Close to their sick children while they are treated here in Lexington, KY.

McDazzle is our most important fundraising event held annually that enables us to continue our programs to benefit children and their families from the Bluegrass and beyond.

The 2024 McDazzle Gala & Auction will be held on the evening of Friday, October 18th at the beautiful Central Bank Center with over 650 people in attendance. The evening features Live Entertainment, an elegant menu, an exciting live and silent auction, and a special tribute to our 2024 Elizabeth Carey Nahra Legacy of Love Award honoree. This award represents the tireless support of RMHC of the Bluegrass and the families and children we serve.

Net proceeds from this event represent over 35% of our total annual operating budget and is quite certainly an evening where people leave feeling dazzled.

Be one of 40 sponsors to display your decorated tree at Greyline Station from November 29th – December 9th in our first annual Giving Tree event. Participants will have the chance to purchase raffle tickets to win their favorite tree(s)!
